Turning AI into Concrete Value: The Successful Implementers’ Toolkit, published by the Capgemini Digital Transformation Institute, is a study that offers positive prospects for our future alongside robots and AI. Indeed, four out of five companies, i.e. 83% of the companies surveyed, have created jobs thanks to their implementation of artificial intelligence, which enables employees to reduce repetitive and administrative tasks in order to concentrate on work with greater value-added.
This is beneficial for employees, as well as for companies that use artificial intelligence, and helps to boost sales and improve commitment. Some three quarters of AI-adopting firms have seen their sales increase by 10%.
There is still a long way to go for French companies, as only 24% have already adopted AI, placing them far behind Indian firms, which lead the pack, with 58% using AI. Though most organizations want to immediately implement complex projects using AI, starting out small would be a good way to help them benefit more quickly from all that AI has to offer.
