An industrial scaling-up that requires speed
Founded in 2021, Mecaware uses green hydrometallurgy to recover lithium, nickel, manganese, and cobalt from battery waste, before reintroducing them into the production of new automotive batteries. With the opening of a new factory and the move to industrial scale, the company faced an urgent question: how to transfer such complex processes to new teams quickly and flawlessly?
From several weeks to less than a day
