Trade show reserved for professionals
The SIDO Lyon trade show is reserved for professionals. The organizers reserve the right to verify the nature of the professional activity of badge applicants.
All badge applications may be subject to verification based on the following documents:
- Company registration number
- Extract from K-bis (or extract from registration in the Trade Register)
If a badge request is not valid, it will be refused.
If your company is under construction or if you wish to visit the show as part of professional training, please contact our services before Monday, September 1, 2025.
All badge requests will be checked before and at the entrance to the show.
Access restrictions
Our trade show is a professional event reserved for industry players. Numerous pieces of equipment and machinery are on display, and the conferences address cutting-edge topics aimed at strategic decision-makers and innovation leaders. Based on this observation, and in order to guarantee the quality of the show for our exhibitors,We have decided not to allow access to our event for students at the Baccalaureate, Bac+2, Bac+3, and Bac+4 levels, as well as for people under 18 years of age. Animals are also not allowed.
Students with a Master 2 Engineering degree will have access to the exhibition and all conferences only on Thursday, September 17, 2026, starting at 2:00 PM. Doctoral students and students from university research are welcome throughout the exhibition.
Code of Conduct
The SIDO Lyon trade show aims to be a friendly and welcoming event, where diversity and respect are paramount. During setup, as well as throughout the two days of SIDO Lyon, we have no doubt that the entire cybersecurity community will be driven by these values.
Furthermore, in order to guarantee the comfort of each participant, visitor, exhibitor, and partner, the organization reserves the right to intervene in the event of:
- Discrimination, harassment or aggression
- Noise pollution
- Unauthorized distribution of leaflets
- Inappropriate behavior, images, or words that would disrupt the smooth running of the event
- Targeting of participants (visitors, exhibitors, organizing team)
- Transmission of messages denigrating the organization or participants (in any form whatsoever)
- Inappropriate dress code – particularly for advertising purposes for visitors.
- Behavior that aims to obtain the usufruct of a space without paying for it
- Misuse of the trade fair's communication strategy.
- Another inappropriate behavior.
Should any of the aforementioned problems occur, we invite you to contact the SIDO Lyon trade fair organization directly and privately without delay; they will be available at the Visitors and Exhibitors reception desk.
All complaints will be taken into consideration, investigated and dealt with in complete confidentiality, as required by the situation.
The organizers of the SIDO Lyon trade fair reserve the right to take the following actions:
- An injunction to the person in question to stop or modify their behavior, with a warning.
- Warning that action will be taken if the person persists.
- If the person does not comply, the organization will ask them to leave the salon immediately.
The incident can be reported to the police and a ban from participating in future events may be requested.
