After 20 years of supporting the digitalization of companies in Europe, Clotilde Peytavin joined NTN Europe as Training Digitalization Project Manager, with three main missions: to administer the HR training tool, to manage the creation of digital content for training courses, and to support digitalization in training activities across Europe. Training is becoming increasingly diversified, and today combines a number of different methods (e-learning, mobile learning, augmented reality, virtual classrooms, etc.). His role is to support and advise customers in the digitalization of their training and the transformation of our employees’ skills.
