In 2018, SIDO acquired the assets of Innorobo and worked closely with its founder Catherine Simon. Since 2023 we believe that robotics is on the brink of a new era, driven by the development of Generative AI. This technology will bring new capabilities, transform use cases, performance, and fields of application for robots. “Generative AI will act as a major driver of evolution for robotics by turning robots into intelligent agents. For many years, SIDO has been promoting the convergence of technological building blocks that now enable this new era of robotics (including smart sensors, computer vision, voice recognition, machine learning, and deep learning). It is therefore only natural that the SIDO team is now committed to bringing robotics back to the forefront for sectors that combine physical interaction and data.
