Sébastien Beck EN

Trained as an engineer and Managing Director of Hyperfiction, Sébastien Beck has over 30 years’ experience in computer-generated images, whether applied to simulators, Serious Games, digital special effects, augmented reality or virtual reality. After initial experience as a flight simulator developer at Dassault Aviation’s flight test center, at the end of 1992 he joined Medialab, a Canal+ subsidiary dedicated to new images, where he developed virtual reality and real-time 3D animation programs. In 1998, he co-founded Realviz, a special effects software company. This gave him his first experience of business creation and management. In 2003, he joined Dæsign, repositioning the company in the 3D Serious Games market, and took over as CEO in 2005. In 2012, he joined KTM Advance as Project Director, developing the simulator and virtual reality business. In 2017, he joined forces with Jérôme Favre-Félix at Hyperfiction, a virtual and augmented reality consulting and development company. In this capacity, he supports numerous industrial customers to meet their needs in connection with immersive technologies, whether for training, production support or communication.
