The Acuvi group is an OEM supplier for nanometer-resolution motion solutions. Our core products are the patented PiezoMotor LEGS walking motors, which can do sub-nanometer steps and strokes up to 10 cm. Force range is 6-450N, in very compact housing. None-magnetic and vacuum versions available. Furthermore, we have integrated piezo-based stages, 1-4 axis, 5 nm closed-loop control.
