Diotec Semiconductor AG is a global manufacturer of discrete semiconductor components. The product range includes Standard to Ultrafast rectifier, Zener, Schottky, TVS and ESD diodes, bridge rectifiers, high voltage rectifier, small signal diodes and transistors, Diacs and Shunt Regulators, (SiC-) MOSFETs, IGBTs and Voltage Regulators. Founded in 1973, Diotec still produces industrial standards like the iconic SM4007, the BC846 and S1M as well as some harder to find parts like the Z1SMA20, TGL34-33A and DBI25-16A. Among the latest developments are state-of-the art Power MOSFETS in space-saving QFN packages. Extensive know-how and in-house production from front-end to back-end enables Diotec to offer both customised products and short delivery times.
